Call to Action: No to Strip Coal Mining Near Bryce National Park

Published by Sevier Citizens for Clean Air and Water on January 12, 2012. Reproduced here unedited, exactly as it appeared on the organization's own website. It was written during an active campaign and it argues a position. Nothing on this page has been corrected or brought up to date.

Super easy action step:

Did you know the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is considering a proposal to allow coal mining right next to a national treasure, Bryce Canyon National Park?  I just took action to protect Bryce Canyon from dirty coal — you should too!
